The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience from arrival to departure. ✅ Required Skills: * Patient greeting and front-desk management * Appointment scheduling using clinic software * Handling phone calls and patient inquiries * Maintaining and updating patient records * Coordinating with medical and administrative staff * Billing and payment processing * Ensuring a tidy and welcoming reception area ✅ Candidate Requirements: * Bilingual – Arabic and English (verbal and written) * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a healthcare or medical facility * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism * Proficient in clinic management software and basic office tools * Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa. 📌 Subject line: Medical Receptionist – Healthcare | Qatar
